New: Time-Cockpit in the project

With the new Time-Cockpit, the status of own work in a project can be recorded at a glance.

The overview "Time Cockpit" gives a central view of all types of benefits of the project. It is immediately recognizable on which types of benefits in the project "there is still room", where more hours have already been recorded than are covered in the offer and for which benefit types times were recorded, even though these were not offered at all.
