Preview: The new task manager
The task manager is one of the most popular PROAD-tools - it is thus particularly important that it meets the demand of your daily work routine. We have taken into account various user-requests in the advancement and made the "novelty" available as a preview in our October release.

The most important change: The new task manager was connected with the PROAD calendar. From now on, you can gain an overview on capacity planning and task distribution within a single tool in "Heat-Chart" colour visualisation Red, yellow or green - you immediately notice if an employee has spare capacities, is fully engaged or even overloaded. Leave and sick leave are automatically taken into account and all tasks can be moved by drag & drop.

The new task manager is available as a preview since the October release. All interested customers, who use the previous task manager already, are welcome to request a new licence key for the preview version at support@proadsoftware.com. With the next release, the tool will automatically go live for all users of the old task manager.
